Massage Sessions

Swedish: A gentle, gliding stroke massage to achieve better circulation and the ultimate in relaxation.

Deep Tissue: Firm pressure massage to release tightness and tension in muscle tissue.

Therapeutic: Massage that works with the specific pathologies or injuries to relieve pain, edema and muscle spasms.

Neuromuscular (Trigger Points): Muscle knots that can refer pain to other areas.

Myofascial: Working with connective tissue.

Stone Massage: One hour  $60

Myoskeletal Alignment: Working with muscle tissue to help with body alignment.
